No matter the state of the economy, security and safety will always be in demand- Making it a recession-proof business. Wish to start working as a security officer? Then you must familiarize yourself with the state licensing requirements.
To apply for licensure, the applicant must have a certificate signifying that the recipient is competent to provide security services. Upon completion of the course, each candidate is assessed through a total of 60 MCQs. The applicant is required to score a minimum of 62% marks to clear the examination.
There is no limit to the number of times an applicant can appear for the test. They may appear as many times as you want for a fee of $75.15 per test. Upon clearing the exam, you will be allotted a certification number which you may use to apply for the license.
